What You Need To Know

Sticky Floss Inc is excited that you have considered and entrusted us to be a part of your special event and to fulfill your order. In order to ensure a smooth process, we want to provide you with the following procedures. 

Live Events:  Live spinning of cotton candy is available in surrounding states with advanced notice.  Please contact us for more detail.

Price Quote: Please be advised that the quote received does not confirm the date. Dates that are available will be confirmed once the content/ quote have been agreed upon and the invoice deposit of 50% has been processed.

Payment: 50% deposit is due upon receipt of signed invoice. The remaining payment is to be submitted 24 hours prior to event or shipment.

Shipment: Due to the limited shelf life of cotton candy, items will be shipped next day delivery to maintain freshness. Shipment fees will be applied to purchases under $50.   Free shipment for items $50 or more.  We currently only ship throughout the State of Georgia.

Cancellation/ Refunds: 100% of deposit will be refunded for events /orders cancelled 1 week of confirmed event date and deposit. 50% of deposit will be refunded up to 2 weeks out of event. Deposit is forfeited the week of event.
